Worship:

Our Worship Services are held each Sunday at 10:30 a.m. and are followed by Fellowship.  Communion is usually celebrated on the first Sunday of each month.  Communion Sunday is also an Intergenerational Worship Service when our young people stay in worship for the entire service. 

Christian Education:

Sunday School classes for children are held during worship except on those Sundays designated as Intergenerational.  Children attend the beginning of worship with their family and are dismissed for Sunday School after the lighting of the candles.  Our teachers use the Season's of the Spirit curriculum which follows the Common Lectionary and compliments the worship materials used by Pastor Bob Nuhn.  Communion Sunday, often the first Sunday of the month, is also Intergenerational Sunday, when all children remain in worship for the entire worship service. 

Adult Bible Study - Sundays at 9 am:

Our participants take turns leading the Spirited Adult Bible Study Class this year, which follows the lectionary scriptures and themes we use in worship. It is a safe, open group where we share our ideas and concerns on a weekly basis.  For many of us, this time together is an essential start to a good week.

3rd Tuesday Book Discussion:

The group decides on books for discussion and usually spends a couple of session on each book.  This group is taking a break for the summer months.

Prayer Shawl Ministry:

Our Prayer Shawl ministry meets this year on the third Thursday in the church cottage at 7 pm.  Those who are interested in knitting, crocheting, sewing, praying and otherwise contributing to this ministry are invited to join us for this special ministry.  All are welcome.  For current information...

Women's Spirituality:

Our Women's Spirituality gathering meets the fourth Tuesday of each month beginning at 7 pm in the church cottage.  This has been a diverse and vibrant group since we started two years ago. It has drawn new faces to our church community and touched a cord with many.  

This is a gathering of women from many different faiths and backgrounds that come together to discover what we share in common.  We will explore different ways that we each get in touch with and honor what is sacred in our lives.  If you’ve been part of this group in the past or are interested in finding out more, please join us.  All women are welcome.  for current information...

Joyful Gardeners:

All are welcome to join Felicia Cornwell on Thursday mornings at 9:00 a.m. for gardening at the church.  We have found there's plenty that can be done year round to help make our church an inviting place.  Please check with the church office or Carolyn Somer (csomer@q.com) if the weather is questionable.

Prayer Chain:

Alcoholics Anonymous:

AA meetings are held every Wednesday at 8 p.m. and Thursday at 7 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall.  For further information about this organization in the Ogden area, call 393-4728.
